We are very proud to announce the 2004 PSU MontCo Scholarship Recipients!

Sarah Min, of Lansdale, PA, is an Education major and a Schreyer's Honors College Scholar. She is very active on campus with activities including the Asian-America Christian Fellowship & SPEA. In addition, she works with infants and toddlers at the Daybridge Child Development Center in State College as part of the America Reads Work Study Program. Sarah spent the summer in Seoul, Korea, where she taught English to Korean-speaking students.

Haley Apter, of Dresher, PA, is an Advertising and International Politics major. She is also very active on campus. Her activities include the No Refund Theatre, the Penn State Mock Trial Association, and the Oriana Singers. Locally, Haley works as a camp counselor for Sesame Rockwood Day Camp.

Thanks to the continuing financial support of PSU MontCo members and friends, we were able to award both Sarah & Haley a $750 scholarship for the Fall 2004 semester!!
