Each Penn State Alumni and/or local Participant will be handcuffed to a table with a noted price-tag for them to be "bailed out." Donations are encouraged from event attendees, in order to bail the Participants out and allow them to live a free and happy life! No donation is too small and donations are not mandatory to attend the event.
